Documents Required

At the time of admission, the following documents must be submitted:

• Completed Application Form
• Original Birth Certificate (for L.K.G. to I Std.)
• Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the last attended school (for II Std. and above)
• Recent Passport Size Photograph (1 or 2 copies)
• Photocopy of Aadhar Card (if available)
• Medical Fitness Certificate (for new admissions in selected classes, if required)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable for scholarship/minority claim)

Important Admission Guidelines

• Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to rejection of the application.
• Admission fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
• Priority is given to:
• Siblings of current students
• Alumni recommendations
• Children from underprivileged or differently-abled backgrounds (subject to availability under special categories)

Enquiry & Application

• Parents can collect the admission form from the school office or apply through the official website/contact number.

Interaction / Assessment

• For L.K.G. & U.K.G., a basic child interaction with the parent may be conducted.
• For Std. I and above, students may be asked to appear for a written entrance test or oral assessment.

Verification & Confirmation

• Submitted documents and age eligibility will be verified by the school admission committee.
• On successful evaluation, parents will be notified and requested to confirm admission by paying the admission and term fees.

Admission Finalization

Admission is confirmed only upon:

• Verification of all documents
• Payment of applicable fees
• Signing of undertaking by parent/guardian

Note: Admission is granted at the sole discretion of the school management.

For Kindergarten (L.K.G. & U.K.G.)

• L.K.G.: The child must complete 3 years of age by July 31 of the admission year.
• U.K.G.: The child must complete 4 years of age by July 31.

For Standard I

• The child must be 5 years of age as of July 31.
• One additional year is required for each subsequent class.
