Consequences of Violation

Unauthorized tuition involving Alpha G.K. teachers outside the school will lead to:

  • Formal warning to both parent and teacher
  • Possible suspension of the staff involved
  • Nullification of tuition arrangements and official notice

Key Guidelines

Tuitions by School Teachers Outside Campus

  • Teachers of Alpha G.K. are not permitted to take private tuitions for the school’s own students outside the school premises.
  • Any such arrangement is considered a violation of school ethics and may result in disciplinary action.

In-House Academic Support

  • The school conducts remedial coaching, extra classes, and study circles for students needing additional help.
  • Teachers are available for doubt clarification during free periods or designated after-school hours.

Private Tuitions Are Not Encouraged

  • Alpha G.K. discourages the routine practice of private tuitions, especially when sufficient academic support is already provided by the school.
  • Students are expected to seek help from their subject teachers during school hours or extra-help sessions arranged by the institution.

If Tuition is Deemed Necessary

In exceptional cases, if a student genuinely requires additional coaching:

  • The parent must submit a written request to the Principal.
  • If approved, tuition will be organized within the school campus under official supervision.
  • Fees, if any, for such special support will be nominal and transparent.

Parental Cooperation

  • Parents are advised to encourage their children to be attentive in class and make full use of the school’s academic resources.
  • Instead of relying on tuition, parents should focus on study discipline, daily revision, and communication with subject teachers.
