Fee Structure & Payment Schedule
At Alpha G.K. Matriculation Higher Secondary School, we strive to provide high-quality education at an affordable cost. Our fee structure is carefully designed to support the overall development of students through excellent academic programs, co-curricular activities, and modern infrastructure.
To make fee payments manageable for parents, we follow a term-wise payment system. Transparency, accountability, and fairness are central to our fee policies.
Term-Wise Fee Payment Schedule
The academic year is divided into three terms, and fees must be paid accordingly:

- Parents are requested to pay each term’s fee at the beginning of the respective term.
- Term fees cover tuition, activity charges, infrastructure maintenance, and academic support services.
Payment Instructions
- Fees should be paid at the school office during working hours or via authorized online or bank channels (if applicable).
- Fee receipts must be preserved and presented for reference when required.
- Late payment may attract a fine or result in temporary suspension of student privileges.
- Non-payment beyond the due period may result in withholding of:
- Report cards
- Examination hall entry
- Transfer Certificates
Non-Refundable Fees
- Admission fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- In case of student withdrawal mid-term, term fees paid will not be refunded.
Fee Reminders & Communication
Parents will be reminded via:
- Circulars
- School diary notes
- SMS or app notifications (if applicable)
Prompt payment helps us maintain our educational quality, facilities, and teacher support — and we appreciate the cooperation of every parent in this regard.
Special Notes
- Scholarships are available for eligible students based on merit, minority status, or physical challenges.
- Fee concessions (if any) must be applied for in writing and are subject to management approval.
Monthly Installments (Optional)
- For the convenience of parents, monthly installment options are available.
- In such cases, the monthly fee must be paid on or before the 5th of every month.
